Privacy Policy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cameron Stewart LifeScience Canada Inc ("CSL"), is committed to protecting personal privacy information, in particular personal health and medical information. is dedicated to providing solutions benefiting patients, healthcare providers and payers. programs include the sampling of pharmaceutical and healthcare products for patients and solutions for payers. Patients are the recipients of a pharmaceutical or healthcare product from their healthcare provider. Healthcare providers include physicians and pharmacists. The pharmaceutical company which provides the pharmaceutical or healthcare product is the payer. To redeem a pharmaceutical or healthcare product from the pharmacy, the patients may have to register and provide information to and/or the adjudicator solely for that purpose. The adjudicator is an electronic services provider which processes the redemption of the pharmaceutical or healthcare product.

Information Collection and Retention - for patients:

A patient's personal information may be collected and retained by solely for the purpose(s) identified. For example, to identify unique numbers associated with a pharmaceutical solution, the information of birth-date, gender and geographical area may be provided to No personal information that is collected and retained will be used other than for the purpose identified.

A patient's personal information may be transferred, stored, and/or processed outside Canada in connection with programs. Contractual or other measures may use to protect a patient's personal information are subject to the legal requirements of the foreign jurisdictions where personal information is being transferred, stored, or processed (for example, lawful requirements to disclose personal information to government authorities in those countries).

Scope and Use of information:

The RxHelp Card is issued to the cardholder for the purpose of his or her participation in this program. By using this RxHelp Card, the cardholder consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information, including health information, by ClaimSecure Inc. from and/or to the cardholder's pharmacy provider(s) for the purposes of claim administration including payment, adjudication and auditing of drug claims.'s services for patients include the following: (i) access to pharmaceutical or healthcare products prescribed by their doctor; (ii) access to branded medicines co-pay assistant programs (iii) patient reimbursement assistance programs; and (iv) compassionate use programs.

To this end, may collect information for internal analyses of its pharmaceutical solutions programs based on non-patient specific aggregate data. will compile and provide reports and analyses based on this non-patient specific aggregate data to the program sponsor. These analyses will not include any personal information whatsoever.

Furthermore, all personal information collected and retained by shall remain confidential and will not be provided to any third party. Only those patients who have provided express consent may be contacted in regard to an patient program.

Personal Access:

Any information deemed personal information shall not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except as required by law or with the consent of the individual. Any personal information collected shall only be retained as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. Upon request for personal information, shall inform the patient whether any personal information has been retained or not. will allow the patient to have access to their personal information, if any, and in certain circumstances, may choose to do so through an appropriate medical practitioner.

Accuracy and Opportunity to Correct:

Any personal information collected shall be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used. However, since relies upon information based on the registration of patients, relies on the patients to disclose all information required at the time of registration and to inform the adjudicator of any changes. Where the patient demonstrates the inaccuracy or incompleteness of personal information retained by, will amend the information as required and where appropriate.
